Commercial Swinging Doors Installation
Horton Automatics' manual and commercial doors offer solutions for many door openings. For construction, our clients prefer automatic swing doors. Swinging door operators are also available to improve your existing door system.
All swinging door operators have these features:
- Adjustable speeds can be set for the opening and closing of the operator's doors
- The closing time delay can be set to between 2 and 30 seconds
- All of our doors feature have Push-N–Go activation
- SoftTouch safety technology makes it possible to reverse the door closing
- Obstruction sensors can reduce the speed at which the door opens
- Choose from single door or double doors, and you can also choose the direction for each pane
All doors can either be surface-applied, which allows the operator of existing doors to be installed, or concealed within the frame. In this case, the entire package is delivered together with the frame.
Swing Door Maintenance and Repair

All of our technicians are AAADM trained and fully equipped to perform professional automatic door maintenance on the swinging doors in your building. Apart from Horton Automatics Door service, we offer maintenance services to all brands of automatic doors such as Stanly, Dorma Kaba and Assa Abloy.
We recommend that you take advantage of our automatic maintenance agreements to avoid any problems with swinging doors. We will collaborate with you to develop a plan for regular maintenance that is based on your building's traffic. Our goal is to keep your doors in good condition so that there are no costly repairs.
For urgent issues that arise after business hours, or on weekends or holidays, we offer emergency door repair services. Our service technicians are equipped with a van that is fully stocked and are capable of fixing most commercial doors, both manual and automated.
Swinging door inspection
The Association of Automatic Access Door Manufacturers recommends that all automatic doors be inspected regularly. The swing door inspection planning process can be arranged by our customer service team.
AAADM certified technicians follow ANSI guidelines to inspect automatic doors. To ensure your swinging door runs smoothly and prevent costly future repairs, our AAADM certified technicians also perform minor maintenance like lubrication.
